We manufactured electrical panels for a project for two subway lines, including the integration of the interconnections.
The manufacturing was made in parallel and each subway unit consists of five cars. In total, the project added fifty subway units and each unit consists of more than 34,000 cables.
The range was about cutting, labeled and crimped models. Connectorized integration has been carried out for the halls.
The complexity of the project has been the rhythm of manufacturing and delivery planning, since it has been very demanding, requiring investment and flexibility, amplifying in this way our resources, not only for expanding the workforce, but also the investments in equipment and innovation for engineering to separate processes manufacturing that can be done in parallel and thus reduce time.
We have outdone ourselves and faced a new challange by manufacturing a car per day.
